LPRCA is soliciting proposals, through this Request for Proposals (RFP), to undertake the necessary design work to address the aforementioned items. The successful bidder will require approval of the design under the Lakes and Rivers Improvement Act (LRIA) from the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR). Upon receiving MNR's approval of the final drawings, the successful bidder will develop a Request for Tender (RFT) document, which LPRCA will use to select a general contractor to execute the engineered design. Digital submissions of the proposal will only be accepted by email, until 3 pm (EST) on August 29, 2024. Submitted proposals received after this time will not be considered.
